The PBC Deacon body consist of 16 Church Members, men and women alike. Each year 8 Deacons rotate out of service and the church body elects 8 new Deacons for a two-year period. The focus of the Deacon body is to serve the families of the church. Each Deacon can be responsible for up to twelve families. The Deacon body does not govern the church, however a Deacon may also serve as a member of a committee within the church.
